To Open an Account:
First orders will always be processed as soon as
possible, but bear in mind that we don't always get immediate
responses from the companies to whom you refer us for credit references. Because our Freezers are built as they are ordered, we consider
them to be Custom Equipment. All Freezer orders should be either prepaid or
sold on a 50% ARO basis unless other arrangements are made.

can not guarantee a speedy process, we suggest that first orders payment be
arranged well in advance of the due date of your purchase.

shipments COD if shipped without prior credit approval.

international shipment freight charges will be billed to

RMA’s & Receiving

No return will be
accepted without an RMA number.

RMA number must be
displayed on outside of original box.

Unless pre-arranged,
all products will be returned to manufacturer directly.

No product is
accepted without prior authorization.

All products must be
returned in the original packaging.

All returned
product must be undamaged and free of contamination.
Returns & Restocking Fees

Customers have
30 days from ship date to return products.

Returns must be in
new condition, in factory boxes.

Customer will be
credited only after manufacturer’s approval.

A restocking fee of
up to 25% may be assessed.
-
Custom and/or
non-stock items can not be returned.
