Cold Series features a Digital Temperature Controller. When
ordering, specify readings to be in degrees "C" or "F".

If an
alarm is needed, it will require a
special digital controller, either networkable or standard. Additional accessories added on this series will require the purchase of
an End Rack. Casters are not standard on this series.
Please note: IDS chest freezers are available in 230V,
sometimes shipped without a plug
unless you specify the NEMA number,
and we can install
it before shipping.

Remember: it is never
a good idea to run any refrigerator or freezer from any manufacturer
when it is empty. You should always have something inside each
compartment. Air alone does not retain enough cooling for the
thermostat to properly sense the temperature; your compressor will end
up running more than is necessary, which means that your freezer will
operate more inefficiently.

Electrical requirements: 115 volt, 60 Hz. AC. 15 amp
grounded outlet is required

For 5, 7 and 9 cubic feet, the step will be:
11" W (left to right) x 10" H x the depth of the freezer.
For 15, 20, and
25 cubic feet, the "step" will be: 9-1/2" W (left to right) x
10-1/2" H x the depth of the freezer. Be sure to allow for this
space inside the unit.
