Upright UltraCold Freezers

Manual defrost Upright Ultra Cold freezers have an adjustable control range from -50°C to -86°C and are UL/CUL Listed. They come factory preset at -80°C, changeable on request. An advanced PLC (programmable logic) microprocessor controller, door mounted eye level display and interface are prominently featured on the center of the door.

The unit also features a time-selectable alarm test and ambient temperature alarm & indicator, which indicate room temperature conditions. Condenser/compressor protection monitors performance and automatically adjusts to internal and external conditions. Automatic voltage fluctuation compensation, low voltage boost/ high voltage buck track incoming voltage monitoring and utilize a digital display with built-in surge suppressor with indicator, power failure alarm (audible and visual). Audible and visual Hi/Lo temperature alarms, user settable via controller keypad, set point and controller access security (key or password).

The refrigeration system is powered by an advanced low noise high performance cascade refrigeration system using two next-generation 1HP hermetically sealed compressors. Exclusive engineered super capacity (tri-tube) capillary tube system delivers refrigerant on demand, matching with an advanced heat exchanger design providing optimal heat removal and superior low temp performance. Evaporator design enhances refrigerant flow increasing the overall efficiency, temperature uniformity and recovery performance.

Cabinets are powder coated white paint with trim accents.
