About Galfan Galfan® as a trademark has been around since the
International Lead Zinc Research Organization (ILZRO) obtained worldwide
patents on this new alloy for anti-corrosion coating in 1981. This
project showed that an alloy combining 95% zinc, nearly 5% aluminum plus
specific quantities of rare earth mischmetal could be reliably used in
the hot-dip coating process, and conferred substantially improved
performance to the end-product. Licenses to use the revolutionary
Galfan® technology have been granted to manufacturers worldwide.
Refrigeration Systems
Walk-in Refrigeration Systems
consist of a unitized system which is
factory assembled, wired, charged, tested and
fully equipped for insertion
into a factory prepared walk-in opening. The
refrigeration system
has a flush coil which keeps all components
outside, allowing more storage inside.
-
Wall or ceiling mounted systems.
-
Indoor or outdoor models.
-
Temperatures: 4°C, -20°C,
-30°C, 4°C to 55°C
-
Optional Remote
Walk-in systems are
available.
-
UL & CSA
listed.
Shelving Kits
Specially designed Shelving Kits are
available for all walk-ins and are specifically
manufactured for quick, easy assembly. the rigid
construction and high quality shelves
offer more flexible shelf adjustment, in
2” increments. Shelving
layouts utilize maximum space for storage
leaving the door
opening clear of any end standards.
The epoxy coat finish provides extra
protection from acidic materials.
Temperature Uniformity is
the temperature change of each of twelve (12) type T-24 Gauge
thermocouples with 1 oz. brass slugs located on a horizontal plane 40”
from the floor, 12” from the walls, as measured over a 24 hour period.
Temperature Variation
is the temperature variation of the single product sensing element
measured over a 24 hour period.
Uniformity
and Variation information is based on ambient conditions of 23°C and 50% RH
(relative humidity) and they will sometimes vary if the ambient
conditions change, on auto-defrost freezers during defrosts periods, and
if the product or other changes cause interference to the airflow.
Small Rooms (Standard) without control panels provide +/-
3.0°C Uniformity and +/- 2.0°C Variation (excludes defrost periods on
freezers).
Small Rooms with control panels provide +/- 2.0°C Uniformity
and +/- 1.0°C Variation (excludes defrost periods on freezers).
Small Rooms with hot-gas by pass and controls provide +/-
1.0°C Uniformity and +/- 0.5°C Variation.
