IDS began building freezers for our customers who store pre-mixed and frozen epoxy back in 2000. For many customers, the expense of meter-mix dispensing systems can be a real challenge. Especially if the total volume used in a day or shift is relatively small. Most Meter-Mix systems are intended for large volume usage, and the gear pumps or piston pumps are cost prohibitive.
IDS offers a wide range of dispensing systems for syringe and cartridge dispensing that works well for pre-mixed and frozen epoxies.

Most Pre-Mixed and Frozen epoxy (PMF Epoxy) is stored at -40c or below.Generally speaking, most PMF epoxies have over a 30 minute work life. Make sure to contact the formulator of the material to see if they can provide you with the material already packaged and frozen. Then ask what temperature to store it. It is very difficult to package and freeze it in house without the proper equipment.
Some customers will still mix in house, and even avoid freezing all together. Of course IDS can also help with those applications.
